About

Tao or Dao (/d/, DOW; fromChinese: ; pinyin: Dào, [tâu]) is a Chinese word signifying ‘way’, ‘path’, ‘route’, ‘road’, ‘choose’, ‘key’ or sometimes more loosely ‘doctrine’, ‘principle’ or ‘holistic science[1] . Within the context of traditional Chinese philosophy and religion, the Tao is the intuitive knowing of “life” that cannot be grasped full-heartedly as just a concept but is known nonetheless through actual living experience of one’s everyday being.

The Tao Of Swa is a small insight of my way, path, route, road…

Heya! Im Sarah.  I started this blog so I would have somewhere to share some of my adventures/missions/expeditions, as well as anything else that has taken my fancy.

Things that I do, places I go, views that I see, what feeds my soul and my life.

I love running, walking, hikingadventures and missions – finding plane wrecks and waterfall hunting.  Aside from getting out and about exploring, I would very happily have a day on the couch eating chocolate!

knowing yourself is true wisdom.
Mastering others is strength;
mastering yourself is true power.”
